We encourage open and ongoing communication between employees and their managers. We keep employees informed about wider company issues using several communication mechanisms including but not limited to ‘town hall’ meetings, an employee forum and performance reviews. We will also seek to use employee surveys to solicit feedback. These help us to understand and respond effectively to employee attitudes towards engagement, rewards, retention, working environment and other related issues.
