How we recruit inclusively
We’re committed to enhancing inclusivity in our recruitment process and proactively engaging with minority groups. We do this in many ways, for example by writing inclusive job descriptions, improving the structure of our hiring process, enforcing bias reduction and diversifying interview panels.
