Harbour Energy plc is pleased to announce that it has priced its senior notes offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.50% senior notes due October 2026.

Harbour Energy is pleased to note operator Mubadala Energy’s announcement that the Tangkulo-1 exploration well has made a significant discovery on the South Andaman licence (Harbour 20 per cent), offshore North Sumatra, Indonesia.

Sale of Vietnam business

Harbour Energy announces it has entered into Sale and Purchase Agreements to sell its Vietnam business, subject to approvals, has an effective date of 1 January 2023 and consideration of $84 million.

Share Consolidation & Total Voting Rights 2021

Harbour confirms that the Share Consolidation will become effective such that shareholders who were on the Company’s register of members at 6:00pm on 24 June 2021 will hold 1 New Ordinary Share of 0.002 pence each for every 20 Existing Ordinary Shares of 0.0001 pence each previously held.
