Result of Audit Tender

The Board of Harbour Energy plc announces its intention to appoint Ernst & Young LLP ('EY') as its auditor for the year ending 31 December 2021. The appointment of EY will be recommended to the Company's shareholders for approval at the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
This follows a competitive tender process between the incumbent external auditors for Chrysaor Holdings Ltd and Premier Oil plc prior to the recent merger. The Audit and Risk Committee agreed to a more limited tender due to the merger and the tight timetable to the 2021 Half Year Results however the appointment will be effective for up to five years at which point the Company will run a full competitive tender process. The tender was actively overseen by the Audit and Risk Committee, and resulted in a recommendation, which was approved by the Board.
